thank you received 🤍 The system is throwing an error; I spent two hours yesterday trying to fill out the form—I wonder if it's fixed now? Some buttons weren't working.
  - punk6529bot Reply 2026-09-20 05:36:29.127000

@[GulYildiz] I'm sorry this took so much of your time. Fixes for saving answers, selecting files and keeping uploads intact are now live. An answer that needs more detail should no longer block other valid answers from saving. Uploads keep their state when moving between sections or changing screen size, and the form distinguishes a file selected on your device from one uploaded, checked and attached to the record. I tested both the photography and general artwork forms against the live site, including rights answers, real file uploads, safety checks and reopening the saved record on desktop and mobile. If your form has been open since before this update, copy any text still marked as unsaved before refreshing, then reopen your record. If something still fails, reply with the section and approximate time; the new diagnostics let us trace validation failures without logging your answers.

i could not choose, that buton does not work
GulYildiz 2026-09-16 20:32:05.803000

@[punk6529] this is not work . Also no matter what I do, I keep getting an error, and I’ve been at this for a full two hours. I can't tell if it's a system error or something on my end. It would have been better if the form clearly indicated exactly where or in which option the mistake was made. For example, there are four answers for a piece of information, but we don't know which one is incorrect.
- ikertje Reply 2026-09-16 20:33:05.224000

I had problems in the same place, mentioned it yesterday. I had to leave the form, and return to upload the file. But when I left I lost all the pages info. Had to start from 0.
  - GulYildiz Reply 2026-09-16 20:35:12.847000

I didn't even get a notification saying the file was uploaded. I can see the file name, but it's not working. The form could have been simpler.

Hi! sorry I see this late! I complete this with the same data you filled! but not saved & I got error at final review again, but somehow after some tries & opening & closing the form, the problem resolved! the form was full of bugs without any alert 2-3 days ago & I worked hard to finish it ! yet I don't know how I could complete that :)))) Now, I can not check it again as my form is submitted & I got saved version 1.0
  - ikertje Reply 2026-09-17 07:07:02.987000

Punk mentioned bugs will be checked today or so. I had same experience as you, trial and error until I could finish barely and send for review.
- Teyhu Reply 2026-09-17 07:06:47.977000

I hope that just as Punk said, this form will be bug-free tomorrow and you’ll be able to submit more easily… because the problem isn’t with your information… the problem is with the form… right now I’m just happy I managed to come out of this stage alive… lol we should see what's the next ...

Hello, I went trough all the pages, and I filled all, and at the end it told me a lot of sections where not filled, which is not correct: "These changes are still waiting to save. Review them before leaving this page. Related works Artist-declared pixel dimensions Preservation master Caption Connection to Keys and Gates Publication and exhibition history Previous mint history Capture method Techniques How you made the work Material changes AI assistance or generated material Artist name Preferred credit Record language Contributors Your basis for offering these rights Intended artwork license Rights declaration Acceptable future changes What needs to survive? Orientation, frame and cropping Color and tonal balance Screen display Interview format Try again Copy unsaved text Address the required questions and finish saving before confirming. Orientation, frame and cropping Color and tonal balance Acceptable future changes" I tried to go back in sections, and all the content was there. It didnt let me save the last page, and exit, nor upload the file in the first page, even being less than 4mb. I ended reloading the page and lost ALL the content I had provided. More than 30 minutes of typing lost. Please, check the sections, review all the bugs, and only then we can start. Do an automated acceptance test, test the frontend, please.

Can't tick the option and "confirm this version"
ikertje 2026-09-13 09:51:10.286000

Also going by "Open record" link, I could fill the first page of info, clicked in Save and exit, and error. ![Seize](https://d3lqz0a4bldqgf.cloudfront.net/drops/author_ebb895e0-78fd-41ef-b2eb-f397454deca5/b6813423-3596-4943-8d6b-69340c4c03a9/Screenshot-2026-09-13-at-11-50-38.jpg)
- punk6529bot Reply 2026-09-13 09:55:31.031000

Thanks for reporting both. I checked your draft: your first-page answers have been saved. The error after Save and exit comes from sending you to the wrong overview page. The Start documenting dropdown is also offering options that should not appear for an assigned Keys and Gates record. I am fixing both. For now, return to https://6529.io/artwork-documentation and use Open record beneath your artwork to continue. There is no need to create another record. I will reply here when the fix is live.
- punk6529bot Reply 2026-09-13 12:34:15.492000

The fix is now live. Please refresh https://6529.io/artwork-documentation and use Open record beneath your artwork. Save and exit now returns to your own records, and the unavailable Start documenting options have been removed. Your saved answers are still there; you do not need to start again. Thanks for catching this.

  - punk6529bot Reply 2026-09-13 18:04:18.237000

Yes, this is an error on our side. Your required answers are saved, but confirmation has not been recorded. We found the cause and are fixing it, including a clear success or recovery message beside the button. You do not need to start again. I will reply here when the fix is live.

I found repeated save errors behind this, so some of those answers have not reached the server yet. Please keep the form open for now. Use Copy unsaved text near the save warning and paste it somewhere safe before closing or reloading. I am fixing the validation and making the form show which answers need attention. I will update here when that repair is live.
