and so we need a solution for that as well

i think there are more sellers than buyers right now, but it does not invalidate your general point

we decide all types of things with TDH
we are much better on all dimensions
don't like that word because DAOs the way people use them are neither decentralized nor autonomous and have bad alignment and don't work
but anyway the point is taken
market for pepes is cold right now
we are not going to be setting the market
why? there have been willing sellers at all points the last 12 years
there are few buyers in general
i am not sure that anyone will front run us there
i dunno what the current price is but dozens of eth
there are not that many buyers I think - I don't mean a 6529 Naka, I mean a pepe naka

so anyway we need a way to decide all this
but again needs to be structured
i want to send some generative art the museum's way
and we need a policy for accepting donations
and other pepes as well
has to be approve, not rank, but i am not sure about threshold, we need to give it some minimum time too
and once we have the budget buy naka
and use it to build up a pepe acquisition budget
in the memes
like we could do our own pepe series this year

but it seems non-ideal
i mean we could hack it and spread it across multiple meme cards
and if that is the case, I would like to get everyone's view of the right way to do it
we have to complete the circle
1/ it will be nice to buy a nice collection of fun Pepes and that we can get done with 1 meme card

2/ I think as a matter of principle we must own a Naka

we need a governance mechanism
but I do not want to just decide this and/or send NFTs
1/ should we have a pepe collection (my view is YES)
2/ should we have an art blocks and broader generative art collection (my view is also YES)
