So @[6529Guardian] and I have been working on this and we think we will have a structure that will work - a Wyoming or Alabama DUNA (where membership is derived by TDH) - that owns a C-corp (tax blocker so you don't get tax effects flowing up to TDH enjoyers) - that owns an acquisition corp that buys the real property
