i already started last week

that baby is mine :)

and in March we have cleaned up the text

so 1 page fixed per day

the site is only like 30-40 pages of static test right?

as a group

can ship 1 page of text per day

let's see if all the people who are better at UX

the 4 devs ship a bunch of PRs every day

that is a reasonable first goal

and ship one improvement to the site each day

take like 20% of the effort here each day

than goes into chatting in maybe's bar

it is not MORE work

it is not that much work if we split it up

and over the weekend someone can rewrite text for delegation

and then on Thursday, we do the icons

whether you agree or not

that the login page is going live with a new version in 25 hours

you have to invent a gun to your heads

the antidote to that is a deadline

so we don't get into managing by committee

with the best version you can come up with

I am going to tell Simo to replace the login page

within 24 hours

so I will help

and cut the inevitable nobody taking responsibility to ship

it will build confidence and momentum

get wins shipped to production

small units of work

work on very fast cycles

and my suggestion

can happen here

but even the part of 'sorting out here who should do it'

yes of course

I assure I have no shortage of things I want them to do also

but you know, help us do things

so I agree 100% with your comments

otherwise what will happen is we will just be like 1,000 people sitting around giving more and more instructions to the 4 busiest people in this network

someone could suggest a different one

but i would imagine among the absolute vast seas of graphic talent we are swimming in

and you know the icons on the left menu bar are also trash

and while the dev team is excellent at English too, zero native language English language speakers on the dev team

in this chat

and there are lot of native English language speakers

is a super easy win

that better writing and clearer writing on the site

my suggestion is that knowing the team's skills and work load

and while it is very helpful to point out that the language on the login page is trash (it is ), it would be even more helpful if you guys got on a call for 1 hour and hashed out 4 bullet points that are not trash and give them to simo and 1.25 hours from the time we take this on it is done
