and as things changed as the memes got stronger
i was leaching value from the xcopy into the memes and from xcopy himself who agreed to anchor the first season
so truly the idea that I was using the memes to add value to one of the best xcopys is really comical
were like "would you like free money by minting here" and they were like 'no"
artists who would happily mint on foundation opensea and 100 other places
that is how much "brand power" the memes had
we could not find artists
that is why SZN1 had no regular minting
my brothers and sisters in the beginning @[6529er] and I were begging artists to do a meme card and they were like "well, no"
but it is ok nobody is perfect, you are allowed to be wrong

it is a form of success that now you think that summer.jpg is earning publicity through the memes
revisionist history. if i did not put all my brand 'earned' by collecting and tweeting towards the memes there would be no memes
