i think you also oversimplify that this is an issue of ordering the mints
in fact cards that sit in 4th place and below will probably sit there forever, because better cards come along and get minted
the leaderboard is NOT a queue of mints
so pushing esra's back could mean it never gets minted
you all need to toughen up a bit more IMHO
