so let's say @[hexum] is dying to make a trading card game on Shape

but what if people could allocate / stake their TDH to vote on a decentralized level with their TDH wallet

and ok this is crazy idea bear with me

how do we decide to allocate the total TDH

the question I am trying to solve is "what if we want Stream on Solana or NextGen on Shape or personal artist manifold's on 6529 network NFTs"

so this part is simple, clear, I like it

but the old TDH is gone forever

TDH creating capacity is not destroyed

TDH gets destroyed when you sell ser

this part is clear to me

I think total TDH in the system should not exceed 2x Memes + Gradient TDH

bc people sell etc

that is of course lower than the theoretical maximum

then there is of course a specific amount of TDH that exists at any point in time

how much TDH can be made

forever

it is all 100% knowable

sorry TDH generating capacity

and each mint generates X more Memes Generating capacity

The Memes will mint 3x a week forever

Gradients are done, fixed

I am going to ignore Pebbles for a moment for simplicity

let's say we have a base TDH that comes from The Memes and Gradients

is the following

in that it allows for maximum future flexibility + decentralization and experimentation + still has a hard cap

but it strikes me as the right general direction

and not 100% thought out yet

which is a bit ambitious

so the general approach I am thinking of

also, I want to use the things that are not the memes to experiment a bit more

so any fixed formula we have of "this is how TDH is allocated beyond the memes" seems like it will break

we have no idea where the next 5, 10, 20 years might take us right?

what might happen in the long-term?

the challenge is building something that is flexible for the long-term

it is (along with ZKP) the last thing I have yet to solve

so here is how I am thinking about it

we effectively have our own namespace now

but the amount of new TDH creatable per week is the same

and if we are large, we can expand to accommodate more people

now that we are small we can run small editions

this is the magic IMHO

since TDH/card (aka per drop) is FirstGM/edition size, total TDH creatable is indifferent to edition size, right?

2 thoughts here: 1/ compared to what? I think I understand art reasonably well and it is not like what I have seen minted anywhere else is somehow "better" 2/ stream will resolve this test. 1% of TDH or something like that (which 1 big collector can do) gets one into the 1/1 contract so we will see then this question in final form

for now the next priority is to get Stream (1/1) minting up

once we go full protocol, we need to be able to say something like this: 1) TDH across the network from each year from now until infinity: a) maximum of X b) actual maximum of <X (because lots of potential TDH has been burnt) c) is growing at Y% per year which I think will be single digits by the 2030s 2) if we have a token for transactions, gas, etc that should be hard capped

something like manifold but within the 6529 context, maybe at a later stage

if so, this is not a priority
