gotcha. my original understanding was ok i'm assigning my punk my shadow amount and shadow rate and putting it up for sale at a premium (because i'm always thinking about me)

e.g. would you give each punk 1 TDH rate per punk? that would suddenly give them 1% of TDH earning power
the rates should be low
