the initial issue was with the card not making much sense with the name banner and all, when an NFT doesnt need a visual signature to have unquestionable provenance. then when it surfaces that another artist from the community collaborated but it was purposefully hidden, it makes it even more ironic. i do think it makes a difference and that the card would have been received differently if it was clearly stated, and maybe all this discussion would have surfaced earlier if it had been stated.

I raised the issue in group dms first and was told Von earned respect so the card was fine etc etc and an artist who did question the card merit in public was told she shouldnāt do it. for artists to publicly question big name collectors who have support from more big name collectors is very complicated, friend. I agree and regret not speaking out in public before my thoughts about it. But for 5 years in NFTs I know too well how badly received public critique usually is in the space. And it surfaced now only because on X Dangiuz was congratulated and replied with a š¤, as light hearted as it may have been, itās obvious his participation was intentionally hidden as it would have certainly impacted the perception of the card.

you should price in ETH
people mix up "pricing in ETH" with "the price has to be stable"
