so as you have seen, you asked for wave scoring, I have delivered wave scoring (you actually asked for rep, but the reality is wave scoring is a better approach to the problem because it takes into account multiple signals)

what i am saying is that this does not require global consensus

i mean i am pretty sure the "experiment" and "consensus" are on like polar opposite sides of the spectrum. if you have consensus on something ("the earth is round") you don't have to do an experiment

by virtue of either people going to use it a lot and find it valuable or forget that it exists in 3 weeks
