if all high TDH people said "we want to buy 3 of every card then editions would be 600 or whatever and we would have plenty of P0 spots"
P0 is not a fixed scarce number

you might miss out on something special at 3M
so that if you split your 3M into 1.5M each
it needs to be TDH based too

full sets won't solve high TDH not full set splits
TDH is the only thing that matters but the only reason TDH is a good metric is because the whole system was designed to make TDH a good metric. AL is a tool to make TDH work

I think that is tricky. how about this
where in principle if you are high enough in TDH to be able to get into P0 even if split in two, you can trade off neutral to lower TDH for more AL spots
now we need to address the question of high TDH non-full set
so with #1, if you have a full set your incentive is to consolidate because you get the same number of AL spots and more TDH
so i do not want to full myself/ourselves that we are doing things when they are trivially fakeable
you have just described (correctly) a trivial way a high TDH holder can take one of the spots for "new collector" by simply having another wallet
of course this is the reason but if we lock the front door but have the side door wide open then the reason is not going to be effective
imagine I have:
3 full sets, 1 in one wallet, 2 in another wallet and a third wallet with SZN-1 and SZN(current) TDH: I get 3 AL
now in the new adjusted #1, I also get 3 AL and higher TDH
just the TDH split issue remains
made another small adjustment to 1d. with that adjustment, I think the set split issue goes away
but this is just deceiving ourselves
they just look like a "new collector" to us
fake news though. if an existing high TDH collector can get around it by having a second wallet, they are not a "new collector"
