but I think that is ok

"ok but what if people make a group to aggregate their purchasing and therefore TDH"
now then someone will say
I think this kills strategic consolidation / de consolidation
add the total TDH they had end of day for every day since inception
so for address X
which is to use cumulative TDH
this has a solution in principle
for day to day
and then revert back to their own identities
to move up the TDH rank
to get together
that might all 'pretend' for a key drop or nextgen or whatever
with 30 wallets with moderate high TDH
like let's say there are 30 people
for key drops
it creates another problem that people might strategically consolidate / de consolidate
now this solves one problem
so you just make a group and add / subtract to the group
and all of this bilateral consolidation is confusing AF to people
because otherwise the number of transactions needed increases exponentially
you add/subtract from a group
it will just become group based
instead of being n!
we are going to change how consolidation works
yes with the one protocol
for example
on ETH
I have dozens of addresses
bc over time, people will change addresses a lot
and I would like to think about the crypto incentives to avoid it
is a bit of a hack
but the "you can only use 3 or 4 or 5 address"
actually quite important
many reasons
is very good for many ways
that TDH updates once a day
no, not that
I would like to change that
in the beginning it was definitely like this (like you say)
is also a bit of a kludge-y approach
the number of wallets thing
let's wait for @[prxt0]
but I would not bet my life on it
not sure. it used to be that way. but then people were freaking out when they de/re-consolidated and would lose their TDH for a few hours so I think we now do some changes in real-time
have not thought about this exact scenario before
so I don't want to go out on a limb
it might be like @[MoMO] said
I want @[prxt0] who built the algorithm to weigh in
but I am not 100% sure
