the most obvious idea is that they get each a special network museum collection NFT

what can we do

and so the idea that it was ever in the network museum is just imaginary

so if I want to keep the constraint that "we can't sell the foot pic and distribute the gains to the 10 people" because obviously in that case they just owned the foot pic

in fact they are arguably gaining

so the collector is not losing anything

is effectively "donating" their share to the other artists

and the reason meme cards work is the meme card proposer

obviously meme cards work because you get a meme card

i think neither of these two are going to work

2/ we spend $1M that we now no longer have, the rest of you give us a few likes on twitter and "thanks for the foot pics" and our children in 20 years when the foot pics are worth $50M are like WTF

1/ we but it but it is a collective ownership of it and we can sell it later when arsonic food paintings are next to rothkos and we will make $10M ok that is perfectly fine but then it is just 10 people who own an arsonic 1/1 - this is not the network museum

so let's talk about the two extremes that probably don't work

10 of us want to buy a $1M @[arsonic] grail anime foot painting for the Network Museum

let's work through this harder example

for example

into areas where we are not yet mature enough for this but it is useful to ask what would be mature enough and to work through it

now I am pushing into my unknown zone

all of the above items I mentioned until this are practical and doable and are pretty clear in my mind

I think if they just got their name on a smart contract it is not enough

people would at the margin, say "well, I prefer to buy for myself"

right now I think it is not feasible

"what would it take for 10 of us to each contribute $100K each and go buy x important pieces for the network museum"

ask yourself this question for a second

but I want to push the thinking even further

this is easy and straightforward

obviously we can have a visualization of minters, TDH per card, etc

and I think with on-chain we can improve on what is done off-chain

and I think this is important

but it is all "would you like to see your name stencilled into this wall more than you would like to have $50M or $1M or $50,000 in your bank account"

i mean there are a lot of big words

that is all it is

the whole museum industry just works on vibes

people do it just for the vibes

those are people who gave money

there are peoples name stenciled in the wall

you go to a gallery

you go to a museum

and I want to do something on-chain for this

we always think long-term around here

but TDH per card seems to be very relevant here

up to him

obviously he can also add pure TDH

I think this is FOR SURE TDH per card

who should get invited? who should get a free drink ticket?

let's say 5 years from now, @[maybe] hosts prickly pear margarita night to celebrate the Limnal SW Collection

and for this I absolutely believe it should be TDH per card
