I would literally prefer 1000000x to sell some of the 950 cards

if the "very surprising" happens and I need some money

I do not think I am going to have a money crisis, but hey shit does happen

but even other more practical things

swapping / selling cards

and things that I would like to have in my toolkit that I don't currently have

and then i feel it opens up some super interesting ideas

and not do anything in return

get all the value of the network museum

because then it is a free ride for the collector

it can't be zero

i think the value is around 5%

this feels like something I might do

50 to the network museum

950 go to you

if there are 1000 NFTs minted

and as part of the minting process

and each card has "network museum" on it and "gpebbles collection" on it

you get 1000 NFTs that both tie to a group of NFTs that are not the meme cards but the network museum cards or something

maybe you get signers as well

NFTs are in a safe

it gets tied together somehow on-chain

there is a smart controct

i am saying let's say you mint the gpebbles collection at the network museum

that is different, that is just a donation

if I am not willing to do it yet

bc I think it just won't happen

you don't ask people to give up what may be a material part of their net worth for the network

donating an NFT here or there

buy selling or swapping or whatever a NFT here or there

i think this also lets people progressively decentralize (or network-ize) their collection over years or decades

i think it would depend on what a majority of those 1000 holders want to do

I would not give up (at least today) 100%

I would give up 5% of the value of all my collected pieces to align it with the network

and scale fast

i think something like this can work

and so the truly 'owned by nobody' and 'owned by everybody' network museum has: 1/ the meme card funded art 2/ or stream or nextgen or whatever in any cases where everyone agrees upfront that we are going to use that money to buy for the network museum 3/ actual donations (as with @[maybe] and @[gpebbles] I will donate something - i am donating $100K for example, but not fully mentally there to donate $30M or whatever) 4/ 5% (or whatever the right number is) of each collection "aligned" or whatever the right word is eg BatSoupYum

i give him one and he gives me one

and I dunno, we swap

but also maybe i have done the same thing with my collection

and I think I might want to buy one

I think he would sell me one

and I say hey bats, would you sell me one of the 950 NFTs

and he had a sick collection
